Exclusive 2- Year Swiss Warranty
At Swissclones.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our Swiss-made watches and offer a 2-year warranty on all of our products. In the unlikely event that a watch is defective or does not meet your expectations, we have a comprehensive process in place to address any issues that may arise.
If you need to return a defective watch, please contact us with the details of the defect and we will provide you with a RETURN MERCHANDISE NUMBER and WATCH REPAIR FORM to fill out and include with your return. We recommend using a reliable carrier for your return, including obtaining tracking numbers and insurance, to ensure that your package arrives safely to us. A replacement or repair will be provided at no cost to you.
It's important to note that our warranty does not cover intentional damage or general wear and tear, such as scratches or dents. It is also important to ensure that the crown of the watch is always screwed in tight to prevent water damage. Water damage caused by a loose crown will not be covered under the warranty.
In the unlikely event that your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, you will have the option to choose another product of equal value as a replacement. In virtually all cases of manufacturer's defects, the product can be repaired. Our team of experienced, certified master watchmakers has over 20 years of experience working on Swiss watches and is available to assist with repairs and replacements.

NO REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
No Return, No Refund, No Replacement Policy
We appreciate your business and are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, please understand that all sales are final and we do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements under any circumstances. This policy applies to all products and services we offer and includes.
This policy is in place for a number of reasons, including the following:

Many of our products are customized or made to order, and therefore cannot be resold once they have been purchased.

We are unable to resell products that have been returned or used, even if they are in good condition.

We do not have the resources to process returns, refunds, and replacements, and offering these options would significantly increase our costs and prices.

Please note that our no refund/exchange policy is in place for a number of reasons. We carefully vet and select only the highest quality products to offer to our customers, and stand behind the craftsmanship and materials used in the production of these items. In addition, we do not want to encourage the resale of used or potentially defective items.
We understand that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and in these cases, we encourage you to reach out to us to see if there is anything we can do to address your concerns. While we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange, we are always willing to listen and see if there is a way to resolve any issues you may have.
To ensure that our parcels are shipped safely and securely, we take a number of precautions. For example, we value each parcel at less than $50 to minimize the risk of customs inspections. We also bubble wrap the contents to protect them during transit. Additionally, we mark each parcel as already paid to avoid any additional fees or charges. To make the process as convenient as possible for our customers, we offer door-to-door delivery.
However, please note that as a seller, we are only responsible for exporting custom clearance. It is the responsibility of the importing party to take care of importing custom clearance. We are not responsible for any lost or transit parcels that may occur during the shipping process. If you have any concerns about the shipping of your parcel, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
We value our customers and their satisfaction and hope that this no refund/exchange policy will not discourage you from shopping with us. We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality and value of the items you purchase from us, and we stand behind them with our commitment to excellence.
If we are unable to get the item you ordered or we agreed on for any reason, we will ask you to change or switch to another model. If you are not satisfied with the alternative, we will arrange a refund for you.
Refunds will be processed within 15-20 days
